Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnapLivo ("the Service"), operated by SnapLivo. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SnapLivo as an organizer. Guests accessing an event via invite link must be invited by an organizer. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use SnapLivo only for lawful purposes. You must not upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content. You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, circumvent access controls, or use automated tools to interact with the platform without our written consent.

Paid plans are billed annually via Razorpay. Plan limits (storage, photo count, features) are described on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Non-payment, failed renewal, or cancellation will downgrade your account to the Free plan and may reduce access to previously uploaded media.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content you grant SnapLivo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and serve that content solely to operate the Service for you and your event guests. We do not sell or share your media with third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@snaplivo.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapLivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
