Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026We want you to be satisfied with SnapLivo. If you are not happy with your subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
A refund may be granted if:
— The request is made within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
— The plan has not been used extensively (e.g., fewer than 50 photos uploaded, no events created with significant activity).
— You have not previously received a refund for a SnapLivo subscription.

Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
— The 7-day window has passed.
— The subscription was used extensively during the period.
— The account was suspended or terminated due to a Terms violation.
— The plan was purchased during a promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise stated).

How to request
Email support@snaplivo.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
— Your registered account email
— Razorpay payment ID or order ID
— Reason for the refund request

Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. We will confirm approval or rejection of your request by email within 2 business days of receiving it.
