Last updated: March 2026SnapLivo ("we", "our", "us") provides a platform for event organizers to upload event photos and for guests to discover their photos using AI face recognition. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email, phone (if provided), role (end user / organizer / admin).
Event data: event names, dates, invite links/QR codes, membership and usage metrics.
Photos and videos: media uploaded by organizers and/or guests depending on feature usage.
Face recognition inputs: when a guest uploads a selfie, we process it to locate and match faces within the event’s media.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate the service, authenticate users, enable event photo discovery, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve product performance and reliability.
Face recognition & consent
Face recognition is used only to help guests find their photos. By uploading a selfie for face scan, you consent to processing of that selfie for matching purposes within the selected event.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
AWS S3 — secure photo and video storage.
AWS Rekognition — AI face detection and matching. Face data is not retained beyond the event's lifecycle.
Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store card details.
Firebase — push notifications.

Data retention & deletion
Event media is retained according to your subscription plan. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@snaplivo.in. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Data security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and secure storage practices. Media is stored in private S3 buckets and served using time-limited signed URLs. Face recognition inputs (selfies) are processed in memory and not stored permanently beyond what is required for matching.
